Role Overview: 

As the Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and key community members to increase awareness and drive patient referrals to our clinic. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the clinic's growth and establishing our reputation within the community. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for healthcare and wellness. 

 

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and dynamic Account Executive who embodies our mission, vision, and values, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong background in building relationships with providers and physician office team members, and the ability to generate and maintain referral sources. 

 

Reports to: Operations Manager 

Location: Northern Colorado, must be able to travel to clinical sites daily

Schedule: Hours will vary based on needs of the business and referring providers; Flexibility is guaranteed 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to build relationships with local healthcare providers, wellness centers, and community groups. Including but not limited to onsite visits with providers and staff 
  • Provider Education: Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for our services, educating healthcare providers about the benefits of IV therapy and how it complements their patients’ wellness plans. 
  • Community Presence: Represent our clinic at community events and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate brand awareness. 
  • Patient Engagement: Connect with patients directly, providing information about our offerings, answering questions, and guiding them toward optimal treatment options. 
  • Referral Pipeline Management: Track and manage referrals from healthcare providers and community sources to ensure timely follow-up and excellent patient/provider experience. 
  • Market Analysis: Gather and report insights on market trends, competitors, and community needs to guide marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align outreach efforts with clinic goals and ensure smooth onboarding for new patients. 

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in specialty sales, preferably within medical and/or infusion therapy sales, business development, or community outreach, ideally within the healthcare, wellness, or medical services sector. Proven experience in specialty sales, preferably in a medical and/or infusion therapy sales environment 
  • Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships. 
  • Proficiency and experience in creating sales documents. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a varied schedule. 
  • Ability to work both remotely and reliable transportation for frequent travel within the community. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, nursing, or a related field. A clinical background is a plus, but not required.
