CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst in downtown Irvine, CA In this role, you will provide End User Support along with building / provisioning of new user set-ups and devices.

Required expertise includes:

  • 1-2 years of End User Computing / Help Desk Support experience
  • Experience supporting MicroSoft products, to include MS Office / O365
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory needed and ideally experience with new user set ups, editing groups, etc.
  • Experience support Windows 10 / 11 PCs


About this role:

  • Location: Irving, CA (onsite)
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days virtual
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm PST / 40 hours per week
