This role will serve as a pivotal bridge between functional and technical applications within the JDE environment, actively driving improvement and efficiency in business processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the JDE platform to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of user satisfaction.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex JDE system issues, design flaws and operational problems in collaboration with other team members.
  • Document and relay technical requirements in an understandable and actionable manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct gap analysis of current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customize and configure JDE modules to match business needs.
  • Develop and manage JDE reports, applications, and business services using JDE development tools.
  • Develop testing strategy for all applications configured or developed.
  • Provide production support, configuration, and end-user training for areas using JDE application.
  • Adhere to project management lifecycle and change control standards.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with JDE
  • Strong knowledge of JDE applications and development tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Proficient at troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within JDE systems.
  • Strong team player with proven ability to manage and lead during times of change and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Oracle DB, C++, and Java.
