Responsibilities:

  • Support Commercial Managers in the demands necessary to implement offers and contracts with customers.
  • Ensure fulfillment of customer requests, from registration, samples, issuing contracts, insertion into the SAP system, assessment of product availability, credit limit, logistical and quality issues, specifications, statements, and technical support, among others.
  • Monitor the performance of contracts – planned x carried out.
  • Provide interface with the areas of the Supply chain, Export, R&D, Quality, Production, and others.
  • Receive and process customer orders from entry to delivery and subsequent payment/receipt of invoices.
  • Prepare management reports related to sales plans to support commercial managers' decisions.
  • Contribute to the performance of the area's indicators (KPI);
  • Schedule and support commercial managers in the demands of customer visits and audits;
  • Prepare (when necessary) and contribute information to the preparation of management reports;
  • Collaborate in improving processes, updating controls, creating/updating dashboards, among others


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree completed
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service and client management
  • Languages: English and Portuguese (will be a differential).
  • Knowledge of SAP, IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and Power BI;
  • Knowledge of the Office Package tools (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Understanding of local tax/fiscal legislation;
  • Understanding of Legislation/Loads of dangerous goods products;
  • Understanding of Food Safety/Food security is a plus;
  • Strong ability to diagnose and interpret results;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical capacity;
  • Sense of prioritization and organization;
  • Teamwork and interpersonal relationships;
