Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal client leaders and facility administrators. Using a consultative approach, you will partner with clients to identify staffing needs, generate and fill orders, and increase customer share within current accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of staffing trends and the ability to propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of client staffing trends and future needs.
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Increase customer share by generating and filling orders in collaboration with the Recruiting team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow accounts, introduce additional products or services, and drive continued value for clients.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities by staying current with industry trends.
  1. Consultative Sales Approach:
  • Engage in proactive communication with clients to uncover their needs, objections, and perceptions of supplemental staffing.
  • Propose relevant staffing options that address client needs, leveraging success stories and thought leadership.
  • Assist with client contract negotiations, including rates and terms, to align with both client needs and company growth objectives.
  1. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to promote open jobs, analyze market strategies, and forecast new business opportunities.
  • Review and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their fit for the role to drive intent to interview.
  1. Client Support and Issue Resolution:
  • Document and maintain client contact information and activity to enhance sales cycle efficiency.
  • Manage the client renewal process, discussing contract terms and tracking timelines.
  • Escalate client issues to leadership as needed, ensuring timely resolution to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Deep understanding of the staffing industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
