Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at SBI Equity Group in New City, NY. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team. The role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a rapidly evolving business.


  • Excel and Numbers Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Numbers, including experience with formulas, data entry, and financial tracking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Time Management: Efficient and able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.



Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Expense Reports, and Executive Support
  • Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
