  • Planning and design of seasonal assortments of private brand toys, apparel, accessories, home collections and prints to differentiate and elevate CF merchandise from the competition
  • Technical Design execution of design packs and product specifications
  • Lab dip/material/sample logging to maintain organized records of all design approvals
  • Design project management ensuring team is organized and on timeline, informed of any calendar/project updates, identifies process bottlenecks and suggests solutions
  • Successful candidates for this role will have in-depth knowledge of graphic design for products and marketing — including impeccable typography and layout techniques
  • Collaborating with Business Owners to deliver quality work on time
