The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-service advertising agency experience. The Account Executive will be responsible for client relationship building and nurturing, project management, team coaching, and project budgeting & co-op management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide feedback to team members.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage all active projects end-to-end.
  • Oversee the financial performance of projects and adjust budgeting accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of full-service advertising agency experience.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial minded, with a "whatever it takes" and "how can I help you" mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  •  Sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done on time and with high quality.
  • Professional, positive, responsible and fun attitude
