We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

 

Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and goals.

·        Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

·        Oversee employee performance management processes, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

·        Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

·        Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

·        Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

·        Maintain knowledge of industry trends, employment legislation, and ensure the organization's compliance.

·        Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

·        Manage employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

·        Handle employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.

·        Prepare and maintain HR reports related to key metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and recruitment statistics.

·        Collaborate with department managers and executives to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to address them.

·        Coordinate with other departments to identify the headcounts needs and manage the recruitment process

·        Ensure proper recordkeeping of employee information and HR-related documents.

·        Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

·        SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

·        Minimum of five years of HR experience, including two years in a managerial role.

·        Strong leadership and managerial skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

·        Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

·        Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

·        Attention to detail and organizational skills.
