Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the successful execution of complex technical projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, product managers, and QA, to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and changes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and partners as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Technical background in software development, cloud services, infrastructure, or data management is a plus.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance, data security, and privacy standards.
