Are you an Admin with a Focus on Marketing?


R+D Custom Automation designs, builds, and maintains machines that automate essential processes and manufacturing for the Life Sciences industry. Our team works collaboratively both internally and externally in a challenging yet supportive, fast-paced environment – with each employee contributing to our automation solutions and, therefore, to the success of our customers.


We are seeking a confident and professional Admin to join our Sales & Marketing team. This disciplined and flexible self-starter will provide high-level support. A a strong sense of urgency and “can-do” attitude are a must.


Key Responsibilities:

Confidentiality

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and direction.

Leadership Support

Support the Leadership and Management Teams.

Sales Support

Provide support during quote-to-purchase order process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Travel

Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Marketing

Write and edit compelling marketing copy for various platforms, including social media and website.

Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations, utilizing graphic design software.

Trade show coordination.

Corporate Visit Management

Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently, including meeting spaces and hospitality.

Special Project Management

Lead and manage special projects and initiatives, as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 - 4 years progressive administrative experience required, with a heavy lean on Marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written skills and professional discretion with confidential documents.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe, and Canva
  • High degree of professionalism and self-motivation.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in customer service excellence.


Compensation: $18.80 to $25.80 per hour


This is an on-site position in our new, state-of-the-art facility, located in Trevor, Wisconsin, which is in Kenosha County and near the Illinois border.
