Location: Oldsmar / Westchase / Citrus Park Area of West Tampa


We manufacture architectural metal products such as storefront, curtain wall, doors, canopies, sunshades, brake metal, ACM, handrail, and more from our facilities in Oldsmar, Fl. Our customers include chains such as Chipotle and Outback as well as architects, general contractors, and subcontractors located nationally throughout the U.S. You can find out more about us at www.americanproducts.com.


We are looking for a very outgoing, professional, and team-oriented Inside Sales Executive. You will work out of our office in West Tampa / Oldsmar making outbound sales calls to sell our construction-related products listed above. You will be contacting national chains, architects, construction companies and subcontractors. Experience with construction and or architectural products is a plus but not required.


Responsibilities of our Inside Sales Executive

  • Prospect and sell
  • Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily
  • Close sales
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Manage accounts after sale
  • Develop sales proposals, presentations and quotes for customers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team on marketing strategies
  • Maintain up to date understanding of industry trends, products and technical information
  • Work with project managers and production team on active orders
  • Other responsibilities as required


Experience / Knowledge Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful inside sales or outside sales
  • 2+ years closing experience
  • Ability to quickly establish personal relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills an absolute must
  • Experience with architectural products and blueprints a plus but not required
  • Construction, sign, and metal products experience a plus but not required
