Job Summary - Administrative Assistant

A successful Administrative Assistant is someone who enjoys bringing a smile to clients faces through positive interactions, organization, excellent follow-up and follow-through, and enjoys supporting and working in a fast-paced team environment. You will be integral in supporting the Front Office team and Financial Advisors as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Greet clients
  • Client meeting scheduling
  • Conference room/virtual meeting setup
  • Misc. projects
  • E-file important documents to client files
  • Scanning
  • Mail
  • Preparing necessary documents for upcoming client meetings
  • Respond to client and advisor inquiries

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years administrative experience working in a professional office setting. Administrative support experience in the financial, banking, mortgage, or insurance industry a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation DOE (hourly) and eligible for overtime.
  • Comprehensive benefits and retirement package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with profit share, vacation, and sick time.
  • Performance based bonus opportunity.
  • Flexibility to elect a modified 9/80 work schedule to receive every other Friday off work.
