Pay: $20-25 per hour
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Roseville on behalf of our client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and scan documentation supporting client engagements.
- Process audit and business consultation engagement letters, financial statements, and business proposals.
- Set up client meetings, as requested.
- Assist with work product deliverables/assembly and mailing client organizers.
- Facilitate off-site storage, including preparing and maintaining documentation.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, faxing, scanning, preparing outgoing mail, and answering incoming calls.
- Occasionally travel to make deliveries to post office, FedEx, clients, or general office errands.
- Perform light data entry duties.
- Provide back-up coverage for the receptionist.
- Complete various ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Must be a fast learner, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide exceptional customer service and possess excellent telephone skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with all levels of staff.
- Ability to take direction from multiple individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Available and willing to work extra hours and some weekends during peak seasons and deadline dates.
- Positive team player.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Customer Service Experience
