HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST


My client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the human capital function as the firm continues its intense growth trajectory.



Job Duties


Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:


  • Assist the Head of Human Capital in building a world-class HCM Function.
  • Design effective and efficient HCM policies and procedures.
  • Lead payroll, benefits, and compliance related activities.
  • Assist with annual compensation activities.
  • Facilitate the pre-hire and onboarding process.
  • Assist with employee and labor relations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of learning and development objectives.
  • Facilitate the performance management process.
  • Provide premium day to day HR operational support that is timely, reliable, dependable and accurate.
  • Handle other duties and special projects, as assigned.



Qualifications


The preferred candidate will possess all or most of the following experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters in HR preferred.
  • 2 to 7 years of HR related experience preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in professional services and/or energy is a plus.
