Outside Sales Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Work with customers to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Assist in the design and implementation of customer-specific applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the technical support team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical background
  • Minimum of two years of experience in commercial air handling industry sales and/or design
  • Experience with CAD software or other engineering design tools
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
