If you are an experienced investment banker who wants to charge hard but would prefer to live somewhere other than New York or Los Angeles, Harrison Co. is hiring for positions at its headquarter office in Salt Lake City, UT, with an opportunity to relocate to Miami, FL, after a year.


We are looking for an equally motivated, competitive individual to join our team as an investment banking associate. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in investment banking and currently working at an associate level.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Typical responsibilities of an investment banking associate (e.g., problem solving, writing, drafting marketing materials, financial modeling, valuation, etc.)
  • Client and buyer contact (e.g., information requests, managing data rooms, buyer outreach, client meetings, etc.)
  • Lead projects, oversee analysts as part of a team, and handle a broad range of responsibilities and managerial tasts


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
  • Two years of experience working for an investment banking firm primarily providing capital raising, buy-side and sell-side advisory services
  • Ability to think critically and write persuasively
  • Highly proficient using Excel in a work environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Series 63, 79 licenses and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter

You will be expected to work long hours handling multiple projects with tight deadlines. Expect to work hard and be compensated well. This position is not remote. All associates will be based either in the Salt Lake City or Miami office.
