Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the company’s products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and company policies.
  • Order Management: Handle order entry, tracking, and follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Manage returns and exchanges as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively. Escalate complex issues to higher-level management when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services. Stay informed on new releases and industry trends.
  • Customer Feedback: Document and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist with reports and other administrative duties.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless service.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. A strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Education: College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
