Admin Assistant with a focus on Marketing/Social Media

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with administrative tasks that include marketing and promotions in print and social media.
  • Coording meetings with doctor's offices
  • Attend presentations and/or networking meetings with pharmacy team
  • Occasionally drop off packages at nearby Fedex/UPS (mileage costs will be reimbursed)
  • Welcoming Patients and giving a brief tour of the pharmacy to patents who come pick up their medication
  • Help Answer phones, taking messages and directing calls as needed; reply to emails, voicemails, and faxes; write letters and complete other communications
  • Call Physician offices to set up lunch meetings
  • Assist in coordinating tasks involving pharmacy operations
  • other Admin duties


If interested, our pharmacy can train you to be on the road for a career as a pharmacy technician.


Must have: Be a fast learner/self starter, good time management skills, ability to multi-task.

Pay is based on experience and skillset. The company rewards individuals with promotions and increases in compensation.


Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
