We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Service Contracts Manager with a competitive edge and a team-first mentality. You understand what it takes to lead, strategize, and achieve results under pressure. This role will challenge you to manage our service contracts division with drive and determination and a clear view of the big picture goals. You will be accountable for:
- Contract Management: Take charge of overseeing service contracts, from negotiation and renewal to ensuring compliance. Your attention to detail and strategic mindset will keep us on top of our game.
- Customer Relations: Use your teamwork skills to build and nurture strong client relationships; addressing need with dedication and hustle.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track performance metrics to ensure we’re meeting or exceeding our goals. Implement improvements.
