Join our dynamic wholesale department and gain hands-on experience in business development We're thrilled to offer a paid internship with a pay rate of $13/hour, running from May 15 to August 15. This position requires your presence at our vibrant Wynwood office, where you'll dive into the heart of our wholesale operations.


Position: Business Development Intern


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Craft a comprehensive list of 5,000 qualified leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with potential wholesale buyers to help showcase the 2025 Coolibar wholesale line-plan.
  • Back-Office Support: Assist the Wholesale Operations Coordinator with daily tasks, including email support, account communication, and managing forms and spreadsheets.


Qualifications:

  • Entry-Level: College student based in Miami.
  • Persuasive Skills: Ability to effectively engage and influence potential clients.
  • Email Management: Meet daily email volume targets of approximately 200 emails per day.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulousness in all tasks.
  • Hyper-Focus: Ability to concentrate deeply on tasks at hand.
  • Proactivity: Take initiative and thrive in both independent and team settings.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Learning Agility: Eagerness to absorb new information and skills.
