Executive Assistant to CEO

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of this global consulting firm, you will be proactive in meeting your Executive’s needs through scheduling, administrative and project-driven tasks. About the Job:
- Manage all scheduling needs for the CEO, including appointments, meetings, events, and travel, ensuring any changes are communicated and time is monitored throughout the day.
- Actively participate in meetings, taking active meeting notes, sharing updates and presenting project findings.
- Compose and edit documents, memos, spreadsheets and reports on projects, including but not limited to, financial reporting, potential new business endeavors and client concerns.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for internal and external staff and vendors, relaying important information and keeping track of critical initiatives and interests.
- Manage the CEO’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses to all items.
- Provide ad hoc support for personal assistant requests of your Executive.
