About the Role: As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be the strategic engine that drives our daily operations, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and mission. Your role will be pivotal in managing cross-departmental coordination, leading special initiatives, and fostering a high-performing culture that resonates with our core values of integrity, passion, fun, and fearless innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Vision: Partner with our CEO to design and implement strategies that translate our vision into daily practices and lead the company toward growth and client delight.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and facilitate day-to-day business operations, empowering your team while freeing the CEO to focus on critical areas such as client engagement, media communications, and long-term strategy.
  • Team Management: Attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring that every team member is in the right seat and performing at their best.
  • Process & Systems Management: Develop and implement systems and processes that foster growth, efficiency, and compliance across all departments.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, adhere to budgets, and create more efficient ways of spending to ensure the financial success of CCSC.
  • Culture Champion: Lead with integrity, passion, and a spirit of fun, ensuring that our values are lived out daily within our team and across our operations.
