Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage approved social media strategies to align with client goals.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the community.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate social media content and campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms and tools, and proactively recommend adjustments to our strategy as needed.
  7. Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
  8. Generate monthly reports on social media performance, using data to optimize strategies.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media.
  10. Create reels, assist in social production shoots and attend events to capture same-day event reels, stories or posts.


Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  3. Demonstrable experience in crafting successful social media campaigns.
  4. Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Creative thinker and problem solver.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  8. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
