To help build out the next phase of the Company’s trajectory, Twin Vee is now looking to hire an on-site digital marketer for brand awareness and lead generation. 


Job Description:


In this role, you'll drive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate high-quality leads for our sales pipeline. We’re looking for an individual who can blend creative vision with analytical expertise to propel our digital presence to new heights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost Twin Vee’s online visibility, attract prospects, and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and manage the company website, ensuring SEO best practices, content relevance, and user-friendly navigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for digital channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and product pages.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize lead generation and ROI.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign effectiveness and provide insightful reports.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising campaigns.
  • Generate engaging social media content that aligns with brand values and appeals to prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads and alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends in digital marketing and social media that align with Twin Vee’s objectives.
  • Act as a brand advocate during boat shows, live streams, and other on-site events, driving engagement and capturing leads in real-time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in the marine or outdoor recreation industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing systems, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of measuring and improving campaign performance.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for boating, outdoor recreation, or a genuine interest in Twin Vee’s mission is a plus
