Skills & Experience

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field is typically required.
  • Technical Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry or automotive parts manufacturing.
  • Leadership Experience: 1-2 years, with demonstrated progression in their careers, with increasing levels of responsibility in quality management roles, such as Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Assurance Manager. Ability to lead and motivate a team of quality professionals, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and direction to achieve organizational quality objectives.
  • Automotive Industry Experience: Experience working in the automotive industry, particularly in automotive parts manufacturing, provides valuable insights into industry-specific quality requirements, standards, and best practices.
  • Quality Management Systems: Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific quality requirements. Ability to develop, implement, and maintain QMS processes and procedures.
