Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Download and archive custodial statements for all accounts monthly.
  • Process proxy voting for accounts through manual ballots or online as needed.
  • Support activities related to the transition of proxy vendors.
  • Review incoming faxes and mailings daily.
  • Reply to diverse external and internal requets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on miscellaneous projects and tasks such as proxy audits and voting of corporate actions.
  • Effectively document and maintain processes.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Skills-Data Management, Excel and financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and able to prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful candidates will be self–starters able to effectively operate in a highly team-oriented and collaborative environment and efficiently manage their time.
  • They will have strong interpersonal skills, and will be expected to develop relationships with investment operations and client operations team.
