About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the customers and the internal team to manage and deliver Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud projects
  • Build, maintain and grow customer relationships
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions working with technical and functional team members to ensure the team has everything to architect the right solution.
  • Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements.
  • Manage scrum/agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the projects are delivered on time.
  • Implementing strategies to minimize the impact on the project cost, schedule, and scope.
  • Provide weekly / monthly status reporting to the stakeholders


Experience

  • 7+ years of overall project management experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects
  • 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Projects
  • Experienced in Agile Scrum methodology
  • Experience working with the executive leadership team and negotiating project/program priorities, conflicts etc.
  • Experience handling multiple projects at the same time.
