Role Overview: This position entails comprehensive support for various cost reduction initiatives within the organization.

  • Vendor Management: Assess and leverage the full potential and cost efficiency of both current and prospective suppliers.
  • Initiative Scoping: Develop initiatives with competitive pricing, cost analysis, and opportunity validation.
  • Project Oversight: Manage COGS initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate brainstorming sessions for value engineering, engaging both internal teams and external partners.
  • Cost Analysis: Evaluate and address cost increase requests while assisting in negotiation processes.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with initiative leaders to align on unit volumes, pricing, timelines, and overall project tracking.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor actualization and reconcile initiatives into Price Point Variance and/or Average Unit Cost.
  • Reporting: Aid in the dissemination of results to align with financial meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and an exceptional communicator.
  • Experience in project management.
