Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and callers, assess their needs, and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Distribute incoming mail and manage UPS/FedEx packages.
  • Oversee office equipment functionality, schedule repairs, and recommend upgrades or new purchases.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Manage conference room scheduling.
  • Coordinate preparations for office and client meetings.
  • Maintain and organize client and operational files consistently.
  • Monitor and manage team cell phone allocations.
  • Assist in composing and distributing office correspondence and billing.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional telephone etiquette.
  • At least one to three years of clerical experience.
