Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities, manage documentation, schedule meetings, and ensure that projects meet timelines and budgets.
  • Responsible for tracking the project budget and spending.
  • Work with the project manager to review contractor and project drawings, and to troubleshoot potential budget issues.
  • Create progress reports to assess and present a project's progress.
  • Ensure that the project complies with relevant regulations.


Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management or other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on construction projects.
  • OSHA-10 certification required.
  • Works well with teams.
  • Ability to go into the office 5 days a week in the Bronx, NY.
