Senior Corporate Recruiter Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team at Progressive Staffing LLC. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts and developing strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the industry.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software.
  • Work Environment: This is a full-time, direct-hire position with standard work hours of 8:00am-5:00pm EST or 8:30am-5:30pm EST, with flexibility as needed. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000-$92,000 per year, depending on experience.
