1.1 Project Management
At the direction of the procuring agency, the contractor will provide project management services following best practices and methodologies to ensure project success. Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Scope management
- Communications management
- Team management
- Resource management
- Issue management
- Vendor coordination
- Schedule management
- Cost management
- Quality management
- Change management
- Budget management
- Integration management
- Requirements definition and management
1.2 Project Management Plan
Contractor will develop and maintain an updated project management plan to include:
- Integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement and stakeholder plans in Microsoft word format
- The project management plan shall clearly identify processes, procedures and plans for completion of all project activities
- The project plan shall be reviewed and approved by the procuring agency
1.3 Stakeholder Management
Contractor will initiate stakeholders and develop and maintain a current stakeholder registry in a format agreed upon by the procuring agency.
Contractor will schedule and conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to determine their needs, expectations, and any potential concerns or constraints. The contractor will document the outcomes of these sessions and consolidate the into a comprehensive requirements document.
