You will oversee various project phases, from conceptual design to completion while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring the successful execution of projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to conceptual design and project planning.
  • Prepare fee proposals and project setup documentation.
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional growth.
  • Manage and follow up on account receivables.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Strong written, technical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to client satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Experience in marketing and business development.
  • PE license in New Mexico or the ability to obtain one within three months.


Preferred:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D for civil construction documents.
  • Extensive experience with municipal and commercial site development projects.
