Front Desk Receptionist
Ultimate Staffing is looking for a front desk receptionist The successful candidate should be outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, to give our guests personalized attention that goes above and beyond.
Requirements:
- Must be outgoing, enthusiastic and positive-minded
- Enjoy making customers happy with excitement and enthusiasm
- Time manage well in a fast-paced work environment
- Go-getter, able to organize, prioritize and complete tasks.
- Excellent listening/phone skills.
- Customer service oriented and communicates well with clients and staff.
- Reliable, dependable, and always on time to work.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
- Professionally answer multiple phone lines.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills (correct use of grammar and punctuation)
- Able to relay information accurately and concisely
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to meet job standards for quality, attendance, and scheduled adherence
- Self-motivated, conscientious, and team oriented
- Great attention to detail
