Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Dallas, LA, or NYC

Duration: 6 month contract

Pay: $37/hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Pre-Sales Activities: Submitting requests for insights & creative mock requests; updating Salesforce opportunities, and creating/issuing insertion orders / contracts
  • Campaign Set Up: Submitting campaign setup tickets to AdOps & performing QA to ensure proper campaign set up
  • Reporting: Submitting post-campaign reports and analysis to AdOps
  • Billing: Preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring that payments from clients are punctual and accurate, addressing any billing concerns, and maintaining precise records

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full time experience in a customer facing, sales or advertising role
  • Communication & cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in sales/advertising/account management, preferably in performance advertising
  • Basic understanding of advertising contracts / insertion orders and Salesforce
  • Sales experience is a plus
