Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on large engines, specifically those with T40 and T55 specifications.
  • Assemble and test new engines according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair engines.
  • Ensure all work is performed to industry standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Document all repairs, maintenance, and inspections accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in engine technology.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with large engines, specifically T40 and T55 specifications.
  • Proven experience in both aftermarket repairs and new engine builds.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with tools and equipment used in engine repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
