Responsibilities
  • The ideal Customer Service Representative can utilize their multitasking skills and has great attention to detail
  • Handle an array of customer inquires
  • Swiftly gather and enter client data
  • Request documentation as needed and ensure proper follow-up with customers
  • Research customer issues and inquires
  • Rout customer calls to the appropriate department as needed
  • Collect and enter customer feedback
  • Email correspondence with customers and internal team members
Qualifications:
-working within a corporate enviornment
-Working with documents
-Speaking with clients on the phone
