Responsibilities
- The ideal Customer Service Representative can utilize their multitasking skills and has great attention to detail
- Handle an array of customer inquires
- Swiftly gather and enter client data
- Request documentation as needed and ensure proper follow-up with customers
- Research customer issues and inquires
- Rout customer calls to the appropriate department as needed
- Collect and enter customer feedback
- Email correspondence with customers and internal team members
