Everest Infrastructure Partners is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Corporate Development Team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the development of internal budgeting, business planning, financial forecasting and KPI tracking. Located in Pittsburgh, PA., reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, the Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis regularly collaborates with our internal Accounting, Acquisition, Development, and Legal teams on various financial reporting initiatives. They will be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment often with strict deadlines.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be supporting the production and accuracy of regular financial reporting packages used by the Executive team for strategic decision-making purposes. In addition, this person will get exposure to all aspects of Everest’s business including deal underwriting and the M&A process. 


Maintain day-to-day inputs of various financial reporting models and analyses, including but not limited to:

o  Adding newly acquired sites

o  Recording new tenant leasing activity

o  Aggregating site-level CapEx information

  • Responsible for monthly financial tie-outs
  • Lead quality control of financial model inputs – with an emphasis on cross-referencing data provided by external departments (Accounting, Asset Management, etc.)
  • Assist in implementing new financial reporting technology platforms (Netlessor, SiteTracker, etc.)
  • Aggregate and distribute department-level monthly reporting packages to executive team
  • Assist in the creation of management presentations delivered to external parties
  • Support strategic initiatives including portfolio acquisitions, evaluation of new international markets and other growth initiatives

Qualifications and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • Strong MS Office skillset with a heavy focus on advanced Excel skills
  • 3-5 years of internal audit or FP&A experience
  • Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce/Sitetracker is a plus
  • Strong organization skills with a high attention to details
  • Collaborative and strong communication skills
  • An energetic, forward-thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
