RESPONSIBILITIES/POSITION OVERVIEW
Office Administration Responsibilities (50% of role)
This team member will support leadership in all administrative duties and help to ensure a quality experience for all team members. This is a critical role for all team communications and support. This position will:
- manage relevant internal communications (i.e. office announcements, reminders, field communication, support bilingual conversations, etc.)
- perform receptionist duties – greeting and providing general support for visitors and future team members
- maintain office and pantry supplies, mailing/shipping materials, paper inventory, and place orders when required
- coordinate event planning and in-office and off-site activities, including but not limited to company celebrations, team meetings, employee performance reviews, and leadership meetings
HR/Finance Support Responsibilities (50% of role)
This position will provide HR support related to job posting, reviewing candidates, prescreening, managing candidate communications, supporting interviews, hiring, and onboarding. In addition, this role will assist in the orientation of new team members and help to set a tone for our company culture and expectations. The duties of this role will span across many areas of HR, including but not limited to benefits, payroll, performance management, policy implementation, and more.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of HR or relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with coordinating interviews, meetings, and events
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible, ability to shift priorities quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
