Job Summary:
IT Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive management of IT infrastructure, including system & server maintenance, and end-user support. This role includes overseeing IT support, ensuring efficient operation of hardware and software across office, warehouse, and remote environments. The IT Administrator will also assist in IT projects, manage assets, and implement structural IT plans as directed by the IT Manager.
Primary Duties: Assist in the execution and completion of IT department projects to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Supervise the resolution of helpdesk troubleshooting tickets for PC-related issues affecting office, warehouse, and remote users. Provide comprehensive support for hardware and software issues across diverse environments. Oversee the initial setup and deployment of PCs, printers, desk phones, PDAs, and warehouse label printers, ensuring proper backup of data. Manage asset accountability in compliance with IT Manager directives and implement strategic IT-related structural plans.
Responsibilities:
· Project Management:
-Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
-Coordinate with vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
-Collaborate with HQ and other IT teams on projects and system maintenance.
· IT device setup and installation:
-Optimize the configuration and quantity of IT devices based on user requirements and workstation needs.
-Set up and configure IT assets for employees, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
-Install IT devices in designated locations, managing cables and connections to ensure a tidy and functional setup.
· User Support, Training and Technical documentation:
-Diagnose and provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency with IT systems and applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT policies, procedures, system configurations, user manual for IT systems and processes.
· Software Deployment and Management:
-Deploy and manage enterprise software applications, ensuring compatibility and performance.
-Oversee software licensing and compliance.
-Forecast and monitor software's usability within the organization.
· System Updates and Server Maintenance:
-Perform regular updates and patches to operating systems and software applications.
-Ensure all IT equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
-Manage virtualized environments using technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
· Data Management:
-Create and manage IT software accounts, and update IT administration data sheets based on the information.
-Maintain an accurate inventory data of IT assets, manage the lifecycle of IT assets including hardware and licenses.
-Import WMS, legacy software data from SQL database to support data requests from other departments.
· Data Backup and Recovery:
-Develop and maintain comprehensive data backup and power outage recovery plans.
-Ensure regular backups are performed to maintain data integrity and availability.
-Manage employee data backups and ensure secure storage within administrative accounts.
Other duties:
Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the IT manager from time to time.
Required Skills:

Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to muti-task effectively.
Adaptability to manage frequent changes and support organizational needs in a timely manner.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in conduction IT diagnostics and providing timely solutions to users.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 + Years’ experience in IT role(Preferred).
Excellent documentation, communication and organizational skills.
English/Korean language skill is required.
IT related certification is a plus.
Work environment and other requirements:
