  • W2 Contract, 24 Months
  • This position is part-time, 24 hours per week.
  • The schedule is generally Tuesday - Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM.
  • The resource will be expected to come into the office in Oak Brook Terrace, IL 2 days per week.


Overview

Our client is seeking a Training Administration and LMS Coordinator to support the communication, registration, enrollment, and evaluation/reporting related to Professional & Leadership Development Programs, which include 15-18 programs and over 2,000 participants annually. This role plays a key part in assisting the Talent Management Organizational Development & DEI team, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of training schedules, marketing efforts, attendance tracking, and various other administrative tasks to foster effective professional and leadership development initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quarterly schedule for Professional & Leadership Development Training/Workshops and assist with other training and development initiatives and programs as needed.
  • Act as registrar for LMS (Learning Management System) leveraging online learning.
  • Create WebEx webinar schedule and scheduling registration in LMS.
  • Schedule and coordinate training room availability, room setup, and catering.
  • Create marketing emails to encourage enrollment.
  • Track and report attendance for Professional & Leadership Development programs.
  • Coordinate special program development events.
  • Maintain quarterly evaluation reports.
  • Organize and enter evaluation data.
  • Oversee, organize , and respond to email in general inbox.
  • Track the Professional & Leadership Development budget monthly.
  • Order workshop materials and printing workbooks.
  • Keep an inventory of workshop materials.
  • Assist with other training and development initiatives and programs as needed.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of administrative support experience within a Human Resource or educational environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to produce flyers, invitations, announcements, and other marketing materials using Adobe, MS Publisher, and MS Word.
  • Strong interest in training and development, organizational learning, or allied fields.
  • Takes initiative to improve and assume responsibility for office processes and procedures.
  • Quickly assigns priorities to tasks, multitasks, and manages multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possesses intermediate writing skills.
  • Composes, accurately proofreads, and edits documents for public distribution.
  • Effectively participates and contributes to team projects as necessary.
  • Anticipates and proactively addresses problems and issues as they arise.
  • Flexible and responsive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, professional and customer service-oriented.
