What You'll Do:

  • Innovate and Design: Create top-notch control systems for industrial machinery, ensuring they meet quality standards and design requirements.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with engineers, project managers, customers, and vendors to bring projects to life.
  • Lead and Support: Take charge of project deployment and support your team in engineering and programming tasks.
  • Program and Implement: Develop automation system programs including PLC, HMI, and robotics, while managing hardware design and implementation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality policies and ISO procedures, incorporating lean training knowledge.


What You Bring:

  • Electrical Systems Mastery: Expertise in electrical systems and codes, including Rockwell Automation PLC and motion control platforms.
  • Advanced Tech Skills: Proficiency in high-level programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, C#), IT/OT networking, and SQL-based data systems.
  • Vision and Robotics: Experience with vision system programming, robot system design, and implementation.
  • Industry 4.0 Insight: A deep understanding of Smart Manufacturing principles and control systems interfaces.
  • CAD Proficiency: Skilled in using AutoCAD Electrical and/or Solid Works Electrical.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret technical procedures, regulations, and apply mathematical concepts effectively.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent report writing, business correspondence, and presentation skills.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Controls Engineer preferred.
