Job Title: Associate Service Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $25/hr. - $28.49/hr.

Location: 100% REMOTE (Harrisburg, PA - East Coast)

Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility for extension


Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Service Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, directing them to the appropriate internal professionals.
  • Monitor and respond to customer requests in a timely manner, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Process requests for equipment service and schedule maintenance, accurately recording all activities in the applicable CMMS.
  • Follow up on service events to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to meet service delivery goals.
  • Provide insights into data accuracy compared to process metrics and KPIs.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and service providers to facilitate service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment, or an Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must-Haves:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Service Max, and Maximo is desirable.
  • Experience Requirements:
  • Familiarity with GMP/GXP environments
  • Scheduling and maintenance repair experience
  • Background in a scientific laboratory setting is a plus.

  • Adaptability to change and new technologies
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-up capabilities

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Overtime: As needed, based on business demands
