Overview

We are looking for talented team members with drive, ideas, and a passion for helping our customers succeed to shape the future of S.I.N. 360. The Digital Solutions Specialist will provide customer support and resolve technical issues with dental milling equipment and CAM software.


Responsibilities

Provides guidance and answers to customers requesting assistance in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repairing assigned products. Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose hardware, software, and operator problems.

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Maintain and develop the knowledge base of the evolving products and services in our industry

Ideally, the candidate would be in AZ (working at HQ in Scottsdale), but a remote position could also work.

Performs other duties and assignments as requested to support the technical service function

Some travel is required for milling and other equipment installs.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent and at least two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be experienced in troubleshooting computer hardware, installing and troubleshooting computer networks, troubleshooting and servicing electromechanical equipment.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Previous support and customer service experience
  • Organized and able to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience with 5-axis CNC mills and CAM software preferred
  • Experience with CRM software, Zoho is preferred
  • Experience with 3D design software such as Exocad
  • Experience with 3D scanning technology
  • Fluent in digital workflows like photogrammetry, 3D printing, and CAD/CAM Milling
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and solve problems
  • Mechanically minded and comfortable with the logistics of shipping, installing equipment, and organizing training for customers
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
