We are building a social media team and we want you to be a part of it This is a Full-Time role at our Scottsdale location with some flexibility for remote work. We want your creativity and energy at our new studio, focused on fun, relatable, video content for ecommerce applications.

The Job:

  • Support affiliate and partner marketing efforts across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Work with graphic design contractors to fulfill brand needs for our various social platforms.
  • Manage all online reviews and rating platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a positive public company image through public-facing communication via social media and any other external public pages.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases, mailing lists, and customer profiles.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, email open rates, and social media engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, setting appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Provide outreach and be a point of contact for partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Content Architect to brainstorm and plan content ideas to fuel social posting for campaigns/quarterly initiatives. As well as come up with some fun organic social content.

The skills you need to succeed:

  • Education: Associate degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
  • Prior work experience in marketing, advertising, outreach or social media management.
  • Competencies Required:
  • Proficient in social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Affiliate Marketing Tools like FirstPromoter, Impact, or other similar affiliate tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing principles and marketing funnels for lead flow.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills; as well as analytical and detail orientated.
  • Comfortable on Camera, strong presentation skills.

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in social media management
  • 2+ years experience in a digital marketing environment / agency or corporate
  • 2+ years working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce...).
  • 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing and Promotion.
