Responsibilities:
  • You will own production of monthly and quarterly financial reporting package in support of internal and external reporting requirements including detailed analysis and commentary of results vs Plan, prior year and trailing 12 months.
  • You will own production of the weekly cash flow forecast
  • Support Senior Management team in the development and preparation of Annual Plan, Quarterly Outlooks and long-term Strategic Plans
  • Deep dive analytics and modeling of key financial components
  • Develop and update models and methods to analyze volume and margin trends to develop both short and medium-term forecasts.
  • Research, analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources into meaningful business information and actionable plans.
  • Develop reports that help departments measure performance and variances to expectations.
  • Review existing processes and procedures, develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Support annual financial statement audit, tax filings and physical inventory processes.
  • Support development and enhancement of Power BI reporting that helps the company measure financial performance and key business metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Familiarity with corporate accounting and U.S. GAAP. Experience with international operations is a plus.
  • Combination of at least 5 years' experience in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational changes in a high-growth environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI (MUST HAVE)
