Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial insights to the Technology Leadership Team, encompassing ad hoc strategic initiatives and annual financial planning cycles.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial and business insights to guide decision-making for the Technology Leadership Team.
  • Oversee and coordinate the budgeting process, including Business Plan, forecast updates, and actual reporting for a budget of approximately $2B.
  • Ensure accountability and accuracy in reporting through collaboration with Technology Services, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Global Functions TM1 tool.
  • Support budgeting activities for the Business Plan, forecasting updates, and sharing the latest insights with JJT partners and finance teams.
  • Drive standardization and solutions for accounting and reporting through consistent guidance and training.
  • Conduct financial analyses and lead discussions on strategic issues affecting the financials and operational costs of each business unit.
  • Provide financial support for evaluating investment opportunities, identifying cost-saving measures, and backing business proposals.
  • Facilitate collaboration among various teams and individuals within the organization to share expertise and perspectives, leading to effective leadership updates and innovative problem-solving.
  • Implement effective measures to enhance efficiency and add value to the organization.
  • Encourage a work environment that embraces change and adeptly manages ambiguity.
  • Maintain a robust financial control environment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance is necessary.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and adaptability to new systems and tools are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, is required.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and ambiguity management skills are necessary.
  • A focus on achieving goals and accountability for actions is required.
  • A proven track record of optimizing workflow and operations is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines is required.
  • A proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach is necessary.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills are required.
  • Experience in delivering impactful presentations using PowerPoint and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels is essential.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a strong focus on compliance and knowledge of data analytics technology solutions.
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems (SAP/S4 Hana, TM1) is preferred.
