Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 4-6 Month Contract

Pay: $50 - $60/h


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical documents and presentations for internal and external use
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of IT systems and database
  • Being able to quickly translate business requirements into technical requirements and design specifications
  • Perform system audits and updates to ensure the proper functioning of IT systems
  • Analyze and organize the gathered information to understand and implement project requirements and current state landscape
  • Facilitate a consistent and organized flow of information during projects
  • Communicating: Technical analysts interact with management, clients, and developers. It’s important for technical analysts to be communicators with different groups. Negotiating skills between various stakeholders is an essential skill.

Understanding of technical specifications: Technical analysts know technical language, and how to communicate this to varying levels of technical understanding.


Required

  • Minimum 3 years direct technical analyst experience
  • Strong knowledge of interfaces. software and hardware systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
  • Able to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Excel experience
  • Drawing tooling experience (Visio or Draw.io)


Highly Preferred

  • PowerBI or Tableau experience
  • Azure Dev Ops experience
  • CMDB/ITSM experience
  • Enterprise Architecture repository experience (Ardoq, Bizzdesign ,LeanIX,) Orbus preferred



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
