Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Steel Estimator. The Structural Steel Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing accurate project bids, analyzing blueprints and specifications, collaborating with project managers and engineers, and providing technical support. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of structural steel, Misc Metal fabrication and construction
  • Experience in estimating project costs and preparing bids
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the Steel Fabrication industry is a MUST
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
